  • Where do you ship to?

We currently sell products in the United Kingdom. Now we do not offer worldwide shipping.

  • What Is The Return Policy?
We offer 7 days return policy of your order arriving, if your shoes arrive damaged, defective, or different from what you have ordered. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase has arrived, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Is It Safe To Shop On Your Website?

Our website is secured by SSL, you can shop with peace of mind, the website will not disclose personal information, ours is protected by Cloudflare, and hackers cannot obtain your personal information.

  • What is your refund policy?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • What is the cancellations process?

If you decide to cancel your order, there is a grace period of 48 hours after ordering. We unfortunately cannot accept cancellations if contacted after this 48 hour window. This is due to the fact that your order will have already been processed.
