Shipping Policy
Who do you use for delivery?
We use the quickest delivery services available at the time of your order. Shipping providers do change, however we will never charge you for shipping. We tend to use Fedex, Royal Mail, or Yodel.
Will I be able to track my order?
Tracking information will be provided to you via email and/or text message (only if you provide your mobile number at checkout). Some shipping providers tracking services are not as good as others, but we always go for speed of delivery when picking which provider to use. You can track your order order here Sneakerzclubuk.
How long will delivery take once I've ordered?
Delivery times vary depending on the country being delivered to but expect 7-15 working days. Every pair we sell is inspected in great detail to make sure that they are perfect before they are sent out to you. We do tend to ship products separately as it does speed things up, if this is the case for your order you will receive 2 tracking codes.
How Long Will it take to process my order?
We will process your order within 3-4 days, at which time you will also receive your tracking number.
